⚖️ LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS OF ADMISSION

By purchasing a ticket or reserving access to any Static Impact Entertainment Group LLC event, including but not limited to live arena attendance or digital pay-per-view (PPV) streaming broadcasts, the purchaser and bearer agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

💳 1. TICKET SALES & REFUND POLICY

All ticket reservations, digital access codes, and pay-per-view purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Personal scheduling conflicts.

Technical connectivity or streaming issues on the end-user’s device.

Match card alterations, talent cancellations, or event rescheduling.

🤼 2. EVENT CARD & PERSONNEL CHANGES

The official match card, scheduled talent, special appearances, and bout lineups are subject to change without prior notice. Changes to the advertised lineup or card billing do not entitle the ticket or digital stream purchaser to a refund, exchange, or financial compensation.

🛡️ 3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

The bearer of a live event ticket voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to a live professional wrestling event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual matches.

Static Impact Entertainment Group LLC, the venue owners, facility management, event staff, and performing talent are completely cleared and not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or financial loss resulting from attendance.

🎥 4. MEDIA & RECORDING RELEASE

By entering the historic event grounds, all attendees grant Static Impact Entertainment Group LLC and its licensed media affiliates the absolute right and permission to broadcast, telecast, photograph, and record their likeness, voice, and actions in any live or recorded radio, television, film, digital stream, or photographic display worldwide without compensation.

🚫 CRITICAL NOTICE: Commercial video recording, live streaming, or digital reproduction of the event by attendees inside the venue gates is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal without refund.
